Why ICF

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum working experience in People Development of 1 year.
Working level proficiency of English language.

TRANSFORMATIVE COACHING PROGRAM

The program is intended for entry level and experienced Coaching Practitioners seeking to fulfill criteria for an ACC level accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and develop their competences in accordance with ICF gold standard for Coaching.

Duration of completion: 3 months. Program structure: 2 modules (75 program hours; 35 live/40 online).
Location: Belgrade (15-18. October 2019) / Zagreb (21-24. October 2019). Participants’ profile: HR practitioners, Coaches in practice seeking ICF accreditation, Corporate trainers/coaches, Middle and Top managers, Entrepreneurs

In cooperation with our partners, Coach Masters will grant four(4) full ICF accredited 75-hour ACSTH program scholarships, worth 12.504 € (including VAT). The selection process will be implemented in accordance with Scholarship evaluation criteria. Regular tuition fee per participant for the Coach Masters: TRANSFORMATIVE COACHING Program is 2.605 € + VAT.

SCHOLARSHIP SELECTION PROCESS

ROUND 1: Application Deadline - August 31st, 2019 (by midnight) All candidates who meet Scholarship application requirements should apply no later than August 31st, 2019. We encourage you to apply early in order to avoid rush periods. Once you apply, you will be contacted for the next steps in order to complete your application (Submit Application Document).

ROUND 2: Upon submission of the Application Documents, The Scholarship Committee will contact you with the next steps. If necessary, you might be invited for an individual interview and scholarship advisory.

ROUND 3: Scholarships Finals - September 16-20, 2019, Belgrade and Zagreb Candidates will be informed whether they have qualified for the Scholarship Finals no later than September, 9th 2019. The Scholarship Finals will be held in Belgrade and Zagreb during the week of September 16-20th, 2019. During the Scholarship Finals, candidates will be evaluated based on a number of individual assignments.

SCHOLARSHIP AWARDEE SELECTION According to the evaluation of each candidate’s professional and individual achievements and impressions gathered during the Scholarship Process, the Scholarship Committee will select 2 candidates who will receive Scholarships and become Coach Masters Transformative Coaching: 75 Hours Core Training for Professional Coaching Program students of Belgrade and Zagreb cohorts respectively.
